Lou Lamoriello tossed a jar of jam to make a point to his coaching staff that the Devils needed more jam. Can you imagine Bob Gainey doing that? I sure as hell can't imagine Pierre Gauthier doing that. Bob would have glowered at you disapprovingly, while Pierre AKA the Ghost wouldn't have even been in the room. We know we're an 8th seed up against a 1st not only in the East but in the League. For the #2 seed to be absolutely destroyed in the manner they did? Well, if they were a Montreal team, Sal the Caller would have exploded.
